Right to unilateral termination of the contract and return of goods

The customer has the legal right within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product purchased remotely, unilaterally terminate the contract, without giving reasons. The seller voluntarily extends this period for an additional 16 days, which amounts to 30 (thirty) days. The Buyer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract if:

• the service contract was fully fulfilled by the merchant, and the fulfillment began with the explicit prior consent of the consumer and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the contract from this section if the service is fully fulfilled
• the subject of the contract is goods or services whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the trader's influence, and which may occur during the duration of the consumer's right to unilaterally terminate the contract
• the subject of the contract is goods that are made according to the consumer's specification or that are clearly adapted to the consumer
• the subject of the contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery
• the consumer specifically requested a visit from the trader to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance work, provided that if during such a visit, in addition to the services expressly requested by the consumer, the trader provides other services or delivers other goods than those necessary for carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance work, the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in relation to those additional services or goods

If the consumer is not informed about the right to terminate the contract, the consumer's right to unilaterally The termination of the contract ceases 12 months after the expiry of the 14-day period.

If the buyer orders multiple pieces of products in one order that need to be delivered separately, or if the goods are delivered in multiple pieces or multiple shipments, the 30-day period begins to run from the day the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, who is not the carrier, is given possession of the last piece or last shipment of products.

If regular delivery of goods has been agreed over a certain period, the 30-day period begins on the day when the consumer or a third party designated by the buyer, who is not the carrier, is given possession of the first piece or first shipment of the product.

In order for the Buyer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, he must notify the Seller of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline expires. The Buyer may notify the Seller of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline expires by an unambiguous statement stating his name and surname, address, telephone number or e-mail address, and may also use the attached example of the form for unilateral termination of the contract. The seller will provide the consumer with confirmation of receipt of the statement on unilateral termination of the contract without delay, by e-mail.

If the Buyer unilaterally terminates the Agreement, the money received from him, including delivery costs, if any, will be refunded to him without delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller receives the Buyer's decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, unless the Buyer has chosen another type of delivery, which is not the cheapest standard delivery offered. The refund will be made in the same way as the Buyer made the payment. In the event that the Buyer agrees to a different method of refund of the paid amount, he does not bear any costs in relation to the refund. The Seller can only refund the money after the goods have been returned to him.

The buyer is obliged to send the goods to the address DR.L Shop doo, Kostelgradska 6, 49218 Pregrada , without unnecessary delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Buyer notified the Seller of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. The Buyer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the Product, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the Product. In order to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the Product, the consumer can handle the Product and inspect it exclusively in the manner that is customary when purchasing from physical branches . During the period in which the consumer exercises the right of return, he must store the goods with due care.

In the event of a decrease in the value of the Product resulting from excessive handling of the Product, the Seller will assess the decrease in the value of the Product taking into account the objective criteria of each individual case and will inform the Buyer thereof.

If, at the Buyer's request, the performance of the service has begun during the period for unilateral termination of the Agreement, the Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller an amount proportional to what was delivered up to the moment the Buyer notified the Seller of the unilateral termination of the Agreement.

When the buyer is a legal entity, the section of these General Terms and Conditions entitled "Unilateral termination of the contract and return" does not apply to them. In the case of legal entities, the Civil Obligations Act and the Electronic Commerce Act apply.
